Warranty did apply when:

1. There are defects in material and workmanship, for 2 years from the date the product is sold to the end user.
2. The product does not meet the optimal assembly functionality when installed on the unit.

Warranty does not apply when:

1. The piece is detailed and painted.
2. The customer modifies the structure of the product.
3. There are damages generated in the product during the stay in the customer’s inventory or due to transportation.
4. Damage caused by the integration of additional accessories in the product.
5. The product is not mounted on original structures.

Warranty claim:

1. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a description of the problem and digital photographs and sent to quality@titanhoods.com.mx or through the distributor who sold the product to the end user.
2. A warranty request that is exercised without prior authorization from the manufacturer will not be valid.
